Choosing Between Gammas or Sites for Tool Kits and One Pagers

For those who create tool kits and one pagers, do you set them up as gammas or as sites? I’m trying to decide which will make more sense. I’ll likely have a set of four different assets and the tool kit will link to each of them.

I lose the ability to remix or create from the API if I go with sites. i won't need a menu bar. both have analytics. and given I may want a password I'm thinking Gamma's make sense. just thinking through any complexities that may come up if I'm cross-linking / embedding
