Creating Fillable PDF Workbooks Using Gamma for Course Materials

Dae-Ho C. Amanda R. .. I am creating some material for a course. There is a workbook that needs to be generated in PDF with fillable fields. I can do that in Adobe Illustrator, but for Gamma, the outputted PDF is not fillable. Being fillable is a requirement for the material. Can this be done, or is there a way to create fillable fields in Gamma that survive the conversion to PDF? See the link to the output we are trying to create.
