Hey Gregory L. , I'll try to take a stab at answering this: There's no "preserve text" option on the from-template endpoint, and template generation always remixes/rewrites the content, so it won't carry text forward verbatim (except for cards the template has locked). The good news is you probably don't need templates for this at all: the reason you went that route (the 5,000-character limit) only applies to the additional instructions field. The main input text field on the standard generations endpoint takes up to 400,000 characters and supports a "preserve" text mode that keeps the supplied text exactly as-is rather than rewriting it. So the reliable path and workaround for verbatim content is: standard generations endpoint > put the full slide-by-slide content in the input text (one entry per page with the multi-page option) > set text mode to "preserve". You can still apply your brand via a theme (just not the template's exact layouts). But combining preserve text with a template might be a feature request otherwise :/

Hi Alex, access to private Gamma docs is assigned to the Gamma account it's associated with. There is currently no way to externally override that to share it with another member of the workspace. The only way would be to regain access/set a password for the original user account with access, and manually share any Gamma docs to the workspace (preferably with "Full Access") that you want to share access to. There's also unfortunately no way to mass assign doc sharing permissions in a workspace. Gamma docs for a removed account will still exist, so if you already removed them if you were to re-invite them to the workspace they should still exist and be accessible by that user again. They just won't be accessible by other users unless the sharing permissions are manually updated. I hope that makes sense!

I do not believe you can start a second workspace if you already are setup with a personal workspace you want to use. You'll need to start a new team workspace with another account, and you could then email your existing personal account as a member (or even admin) and you would be able to toggle between the two using the workspace switcher I mentioned above

It is not possible to transfer gammas across workspaces, you can copy/paste cards into a gamma in a second workspace, but there's no direct way to transfer across workspaces

Hi Trevor. Are you using the same email address for the Gamma account in both workspaces? If so, it's pretty easy to toggle back and forth between workspaces using the workspace switcher in the lower left of the Gamma dashboard (click your initials).
