Custom Template Issue: Logos Missing from Presentation

Hey I made a custom template but when I use it, it doesn't put my logos on my presentation anywhere?

Hey Aiden! This is a new change that's been rolling out! We disabled the theme logos appearing automatically/beyond your control in Present mode and Exports. You can now access this feature in ... > "Page Setup" > "Card headers & footers"
