How to Link Google Analytics to Gamma Without GTM

Hi there 👋 , I’m trying to link my Google analytics to my gamma. But I don’t have a GTM I have a measurement ID which is a G-T number so when I put it into Gamma it’s not tracking. There is also some Google tag code (which contains the G-T number). But there is nowhere on gamma for this code, please can someone help me to link the two as I’m not sure what else to do. Thanks 😊

You’ll need to setup a Google Tag Manager tag, and implement your GA tag via GTM. Our help article talks about how to set that up: https://help.gamma.app/en/articles/11047650-how-do-i-set-up-google-analytics-for-my-gamma-site

Thank you, unfortunately I’m still struggling but on the GTM side not Gamma. I’ll see if I can get someone to take a look with me

Sara W. - I have had challenges in the past setting up GTM. I found chatGPT gave me some great step-by-step instructions to get things set up in GTM. If you are still having trouble, I recommend giving it a try.
