Troubleshooting AI Credit Usage Issues in Gamma

Hello Gambassadors! I have AI credits available in my account, but am being prompted to refer Gamma to a friend or upgrade to apply AI edits to my Gamma. As far as I know, AI credits do not expire... happy to upgrade once my AI credits are depleted. Any ideas on why this may be happening?

Pauline M. this sounds like you may be logged into a free workspace. What is the email address associated with your Gamma subscription? I can take a look and see what's happening here.

Thanks, Hilary. I have two workspaces: pauline.milwood@gmail.com and pm325@psu.edu. I am logged into and experiencing issues with the latter. If there is a way to merge both under the GMail account, that would be great. Thanks again.

Pauline M. so I took a look at both email address: pauline.milwood@gmail.com is a free account, and I'm not seeing a Gamma account under pm325@psu.edu at all. Can you double check the email addresses associated with your Gamma account(s)?

With apologies, Hilary - the *correct* email address is pam325@psu.edu and is for my former place of work. If possible, I would love to consolidate into one (1) account, going forward.

Pauline M. we can assist you with changing email addresses on either account, and helping you make sure the new admin email address has access to everything in the workspace. We can't merge workspaces though. You can copy your docs from one workspace into another manually:
Open the gamma you wish to copy
Select all cards by pressing Cmd + A (Mac) or Ctrl + A (Windows).
Go into a blank doc in your new workspace
Press Cmd + V (Mac) or Ctrl + V (Windows) to paste the copied card(s).

When I attempt to use the AI feature to "edit all cards" I am being prompted to upgrade to Gamma Pro. This is the case in both accounts even though I have 400 credits in one account and 900 credits in the other. Thanks for any help or explanation you are able to provide to resolve the issue.

Hi Pauline, yes, editing all cards with AI is a Pro-only feature, which is why you can't access it.
