hi Yuya S. - there were a couple reports of Flux Pro not generating yesterday. Can you tell me more about what happens when you attempt to use Flux? Do you get an error message or does nothing happen at all?
Pauline M. we can assist you with changing email addresses on either account, and helping you make sure the new admin email address has access to everything in the workspace. We can't merge workspaces though. You can copy your docs from one workspace into another manually:
Open the gamma you wish to copy
Select all cards by pressing Cmd + A (Mac) or Ctrl + A (Windows).
Go into a blank doc in your new workspace
Press Cmd + V (Mac) or Ctrl + V (Windows) to paste the copied card(s).
Pauline M. so I took a look at both email address: pauline.milwood@gmail.com is a free account, and I'm not seeing a Gamma account under pm325@psu.edu at all. Can you double check the email addresses associated with your Gamma account(s)?
Pauline M. this sounds like you may be logged into a free workspace. What is the email address associated with your Gamma subscription? I can take a look and see what's happening here.
