Client Questions About File Attachments and Document Formatting
Hi team! Some questions that came up with clients:
Is it possible to provide Excel attachments to the agent? Right now it just generates blank slides (doesn’t seem able to read the file)
Is there a way or a recommended workaround to export a document to Word?
There seems to be a minimum font size limitation, is there a way to get around this so a word or number doesn’t get split into 2 lines? (When wanting to create detailed tables in a portrait format document)
Will there be a way to save our own existing slides to the slide templates under “Add new from template”?
In pie charts with over 8 sections, the brand colours start to repeat themselves, so we can’t distinguish the ones that share the same colour. Do you have a recommendation for how to manage this?
