Client Questions About File Attachments and Document Formatting

Hi team! Some questions that came up with clients: • Is it possible to provide Excel attachments to the agent? Right now it just generates blank slides (doesn’t seem able to read the file) • Is there a way or a recommended workaround to export a document to Word? • There seems to be a minimum font size limitation, is there a way to get around this so a word or number doesn’t get split into 2 lines? (When wanting to create detailed tables in a portrait format document) • Will there be a way to save our own existing slides to the slide templates under “Add new from template”? • In pie charts with over 8 sections, the brand colours start to repeat themselves, so we can’t distinguish the ones that share the same colour. Do you have a recommendation for how to manage this? Thanks!

Hi Lucinda T. 👋 It's good to see you, how have you been?
Excel: It's not possible to attach Excel attachments in Agent yet. I'd recommend taking a screenshot of the Excel data and uploading it as an image.
Word export: You should be able to export your Gamma as a PDF and then open it in Word as a .docx
Font size: There isn't a way to get around the minimum font size. If possible, do you mind sending a screenshot of what you're seeing?
Templates: You should already have the option to add your existing gammas as a template, see the attached screenshot.
Pie chart colors: For the pie charts, you shouldn't be seeing the same colors. The colors may look similar, but not the same. If you don't mind sharing a screenshot I can share this feedback with our team.

Amanda R. I’m doing great, thanks! Happy Thanksgiving and congrats on Gamma’s recent announcements 🥳 I’ve attached screenshots of the issues with the table text breaking onto two lines (even with the setting at the smallest font size) and the pie chart theme colours repeating (though I realize that we could select the “default” or “monochrome” options - just wanted to check what else could be possible using the theme colours). Regarding templates, the client was actually asking about the “Add card template” feature from the left hand menu. Would we be able to save our own card templates to this section from existing cards? Thanks for your response! 🤗

Font size: Thank you for the screenshot of the table, I'll pass this feedback on to the team. Definitely not an ideal look. I'm wondering if expanding the card helps with this at all?
Templates: Thank you for the clarification! There isn't a way to save your own card templates but I think this is a great idea.
Pie chart colors: This is definitely unusual – are you using a custom theme? One workaround for avoiding duplicate colors is to add more secondary colors in the theme editor.
