My Gamma Has Stopped Generating and Won't Resume – Need Help

My Gamma has stopped generating and I don't know why. It's not saying I've run out of credits, which I've seen before. Can someone help please. I have a presentation to email out and am stuck without being able to generate in Gamma. Grant L. Mélissae (. Amanda R.
