Limits on Sharing Gamma: Guidelines for Public Access

Hi Friends, do we have any limits regarding how many people we can share our Gamma with? I'm considering some of my Gamma works to be linked to a PWA (Web app), and it may be seen by thousands of people. What are the implications of this practice? Am I allowed to do that?
