Introducing Donna: Advancing AR and AI-Enhanced School Safety Training with Gamma
🌻Hello everyone! I’m Donna, joining from Bergen County, New Jersey, just outside of NYC.
🤖 I use Gamma for:
Instructional design
Research presentations
Creating AR/AI-based school safety training tools for educators, public agencies, and private organizations
🚀 I’m currently preparing to begin my doctoral dissertation in Instructional Design & Technology Leadership, with a focus on augmented reality and AI-enhanced school safety training. I plan to integrate Gamma into my research process.
🛠️ I’d love to see Gamma develop features that support:
Interactive whiteboard delivery for classrooms and limited-AV environments
Multilingual presentation modes (side-by-side translation)
Secure data tools for FERPA/HIPAA-compliant research and real-time crisis training
Real-time surveys, mixed methods research integration, and user-generated insights
A built-in Knowledge Management System (KMS) for collaborative learning and rapid-access training content
Live AR casting or holographic presenter options to appear alongside content and increase engagement in immersive learning spaces
🎥 I bring a background in NASA STEM curriculum beta testing, education policy, and behavioral science. As a SAG-AFTRA member, I’m comfortable leading media-rich, on-camera trainings and content delivery.
🌍 My goal is to help build scalable, research-informed tools that enhance learning, safety, and access for communities worldwide. I’m excited to collaborate with all of you here on the Gamma Team and with Fellow Gambassadors to bring this vision to life. Thank you.
