Introducing Ian Bessarabia: Business Consultant and Strengths-Based Coach Focused on Leadership, AI, and Well-Being

Greetings esteemed Gambassadors My name is Ian Bessarabia, I am 51 years old and 7 months (but who is counting). I am a husband, father and business translator. I’m based in Johannesburg, South Africa. I work as a business consultant and strengths-based coach, helping individuals and organisations unlock their potential and achieve measurable outcomes. I focus on digital transformation projects, executive coaching, and developing resources to support professional growth and adaptability. I’m eager to engage with the fellow Gambassadors and the Gamma team, who, like me, are at the intersection of leadership development, AI, and workplace well-being.
