Hey Nikolas P. who can I reach out to to troubleshoot this. I got the first user to sign up and subscribe to the PRO annual plan. However, they get an error when they log in that says the card didn’t get charged, but they received a receipt and confirmation of payment. Much appreciated Ian

Thanks Nikolas P. - so just to summarize, the client would need to purchase 3 Pro licenses if they want three users collaborating within the same team space? And the price per month is $20 or $15 if they pay annually? Is Ultra an option at this stage, or is this going to be a new tier? Thanks for your patience. with all my questions.

Nikolas P. can you provide me with some guidance, please until the new plans are released in Sept. I have a client that is made up of 3 designers who would be typical PRO users. Do I get them to subscribe to 3 monthly PRO subscriptions or do I propositive or negative way?e the annual option with the discount, and will they be impacted in either a positive or negative way come September. My intention is to close the deal and, at the same time, be totally transparent with my client.
