I came here for this exact issue. I’m using the Gamma API to create presentations for internal use, but I still need to go into the UI and manually replace the image placeholders with my own images.
It would be great if images could either be set directly in the input text using something like [img] markdown (my preferred option), or pulled from a branding site that I can plug in via the API.
