How to Efficiently Embed Testimonials from Senja into Gamma Without Manual Uploads

Hi guys, is there a way to embed/plug-in testimonials from places like Senja? It's so inefficient at the moment to have to export images and upload videos to YouTube, and then place in Gamma.

How to Control Image Background When Fitting Layout

Hi guys, when I make an image 'fit' the layout, it forces me to have a background that I can't control. Any way to change this so that my image fits properly?
