How to Password Protect and Batch Update Gamma Docs for Secure Mentorship Content

Hey Team, I'd love to be able to password protect a batch of gammas... Use case:

I have a mentorship
I point members to my gamma docs
I want to house the password on my community and change it every so often
I want to be able to update all the relevant gamma doc passwords in one action

Gated and protected content without the hassle of going through each one individually! 🎉

Also... in the same direction, it would be very helpful the organization of the different Gammas in folders 📂

Hi Alex M., we’re going to be rolling out the ability to build gammas with multiple pages, that all share single password.

Nikolas P. This is awesome in its own right, but it would be great to separate it from my suggestion. The reason being that my content would need to be split into 'chunks', since it's not given as one large body of work (multiple pages). I hope that makes sense. The vision in my head is from the home screen → Select gammas → Set password to those selected (in much the same way as we can select:delete or select:move.

If I understand the direction of the conversation, could password-protected folders be a solution? Alternatively, a tag system might be implemented, although I'm uncertain whether a security layer like password protection could be applied to it.

Yeah absolutely, I think whatever solution allows one password to be updated across multiple gamma docs (as opposed to one-by-one).
