My team just purchased the ultra account but I am having trouble accessing it and am only connected to my free personal workspace. How can I access my team account. I was told by my colleague that I have been added to it.

Hi Lola, it looks like you have a different email/account being used for your personal workspace vs the one that was invited to your team's workspace. I sent you a DM with more details!
