Lessons from Gamma's Success: Insights for Builders

Question for Grant L. and early Gamma team members What you have built is truly impressive. Yes I have read your recent articles and podcasts after the fundraise. But I'm curious about any lessons / learnings you can share with other builders here on what enabled Gamma to do so much with such few employees. How did you screen for the early team you hired etc. much appreciated 🙏

Randhir V... my two cents.... Grant L. has been spilling the beans openly on all his posts. I recommend you take the last ten posts and his last podcast with Lenny. There is enough there to get you thinking about scale, hiring, pricing, positioning, marketing and just sheer hard work and grit. In fact, If I extract all his teachings I could pen a biography on the three musketeers at Gamma.
