Introduction from Lux Narayan, CEO of StreamAlive, and insights on Gamma integration and future features

Whoops, just realized that although I’ve been posting in this channel for a week, I never really introduced myself. Sorry about that. Here goes… I am a co-founder and the CEO at StreamAlive, the audience engagement platform that makes live sessions come alive- now integrated with Gamma (link to demo video I posted yesterday). We are currently Zoom’s number one featured education and employee engagement app and among their top four AI apps. My co-Founders and I previously co-founded Unmetric, a company that was acquired by Cision. I truly enjoy presenting - in work, life, and everywhere in-between… My talk at the TED main stage on “lessons from 2,000 obituaries” has been watched by two million people. During a momentary lapse of reason, I performed a short set at the Comedy Cellar, NYC (slightly NSFW). Writing is also something I love. I am the author of “Name Place Animal Thing”, an inspiring fable for grown-ups about hope, positivity, and living one’s best life. Interestingly StreamAlive was born from this writing journey. I am originally from India, where I consider Chennai (in the south) and Shillong (in the Himalayas) home. ⚡️ What do you use Gamma for? Gosh what do I not use Gamma for? The list keeps growing. Since we’re building an integration to Gamma, I use it for a whole bunch of different sample presentations. Interestingly, I also use Gamma to create PowerPoint decks to demo StreamAlive’s PowerPoint add-in. Finally, I use Gamma to create LinkedIn carousels. 🚀 Which feature should Gamma build next? I’m biased here… I’m thrilled to have StreamAlive Powered Interactivity now available inside Gamma (thanks again for making it happen in record time, Jon N.and Jasper S.). We would love to make the integration even tighter - if Gamma users find it useful.
