Efficiently Creating a New Gamma for Different Prospects

If I have a Gamma and want to create another Gamma that utilizes most of this content but tweaked with logo and content for a different prospect, what's an efficient way to do it?

I usually duplicate and then just update or create cards as needed

I thought I saw someone had done this in a more configurable/scalable manner than my manual copy/edit but maybe that's all that's possible for now
