Allowing Export Permissions for Gamma by Email Domain Instead of Individual Users

I'd like to be able to allow certain people (ideally by email domain rather than 1-1) to export a gamma. Right now gamma permissions seem limited to collaboration (editing and commenting) not the ability export. So i have to export on behalf of people that want to print a gamma.
