How to Organize AI Images by Subject and Specify Image Styles in Your Projects

The ability to sort AI images into subject folders. I am creating decks on a wide range of topics. Being able to find images from the past would make it much easier and right now the only way appears to be scrolling through all of them? Also, a way to choose the style of image. Sometimes I am getting realistic photos and sometimes within the same prompts I am getting ones that look like drawings. I have tried playing with the prompts, but cannot figure out how to request specific styles.
