Understanding How Hidden Cards Behave in Editing Mode and Filmstrip Views

When I hid my first card, I expected it not to show in editing mode (but still appear in the filmstrip). I was hoping to use the feature to "archive" certain cards I don't want to clutter my view while editing, but still keep them somewhere if I do decide to use them later.

if we had a mode that allowed you to “present in doc mode” (aka present by scrolling, maybe with spotlight/other present-y features) would you still expect cards to disappear in edit mode?

what types of content do the cards you’re “archiving” have?

Yup, would still expect them to disappear

Usually stuff that's too tangential to the main point, or goes too deep into the weeds about the topic of that particular gamma. So content I want to know and have presentable if someone asks about it, but otherwise I wouldn't mention it. Kinda like the appendix of the gamma

Alternate usage is to basically save a version of a particular card that I can easily revert to if my newer edits aren't well liked. Saves time going into the history of the gamma and copying/pasting old content
