How to Ensure Your Presentation Maintains a 16:9 Aspect Ratio on Mobile Devices

I’ve been working on a presentation with a set page ratio of 16:9. When I open it up on the mobile phone, it is still responsive, so adjusts to the mobile phone screen. Is there a way to have it still show up in 16:9? The reason is because my intended audience expects to see a traditional deck format.
