Multiplayer Slide Deck Collaboration with Strict Brand Control and Edit Restrictions

Situation: In the business world more users collaborate together to co-create a presentation in Powerpoint or Google Slides. Existing behavior: The slide deck is shared on One Drive or Google Drive and everyone creates or ads their own slides to the deck Problem: As more users join, the presentation loses quality and degrades away from the brand guideline; there is also some risk associated with this (eg. deleting slides by mistake) Desired behavior: As the person responsible to aggregate the slide deck in my organization, I want to have a "multiplayer mode" so that I can invite my colleagues to contribute and add their own slides, but I want to be able to strictly control the brand gudeline by uploading the brand slide template and only allow users to modify the titles and replace images inside templates, but with strict limitations on slide typography, font choice, font weight, font size, length of titles and of maximum number of words in body text. I don't want my colleagues to break the look and feel of the brand by adding walls of text or by moving around elements or breaking the spacing. I want the people I invite to only upload/ generate or manually edit text and images but not formatting. I want to strictly define which slides they can change, I want to have a history of changes and a basic ticketing system - to be able to allocate a few slides to one user and when the user finishes editing I can be informed automatically.
