Enhance Headers and Footers with Custom Background Images

feature enhancement for headers and footers. the ability to add a custom background image. my user case is that a client's brand guide includes a specific divider. I had a another client that marketing design was a bar across for a clean visual look. I'll put some images in the thread for extra context. anyone else need images on headers or footers? (beyond logos)
