Was looking for more samples Grant F.. I agree with you that SOPs can be more "breathing" or "living". I generate customer playbooks that are hypercustomized based on assessments and my coaching sessions. They flow better, connect better and have long-term relevance, but I am looking for ways to make it more dynamic i.e. a format that shape-shifts over time due to knowledge being accumulated without me telling it that knowledge is being collected. Am I making sense?
