Most of the people in this community are homeowners or designers, not contractors, so I wanted to make something useful for the other side of the house. It's a Green Flags vs. Red Flags guide for hiring an A+ builder. The stuff most homeowners never think to look for, like whether the contractor tracks punch list items in writing or just verbally promises to "take care of it." Used the Infographic with the Split Comparison layout. Honestly I'm yet again blown away with what Gamma is capable of creating. Described what I wanted and it nailed the two-column structure on the first try. If you're about to remodel your house, this might actually save you some money. 😄
