Not right now on either surface. The REST API supports creating new Gammas, polling status, and archiving — but not editing. Same for MCP (generate, read_gamma, get_themes, get_folders) — it can create and read, but not update an existing deck with follow-up prompts.
For now the workaround is generating a new Gamma from your revised prompt. Editing is only available in the Gamma editor at gamma.app.
