ExportUrl Not Populating After Completion: Possible API Change or Outage?

The exportUrl on generation results don't appear to be populating even after polling for a few minutes beyond "completed" status. Is there an outage or was there a change to this part of the api?

There was a brief outage with Gamma exports in the past hour, but everything should be restored again. Please give it another try.
