New Features for Admins: Enhanced Discoverability in Dashboard Themes

Code has been merged to make this more discoverable! Anyone with admin permission will soon be able to do it from the themes tab in the dashboard, or the editor

thank you! this was where i had expected to find it. i never go to the workspace settings so hadn't even thought about finding a default settings section there 😂
