Hi Gamma team,
Gamma has been my go-to tool for presentations for quite a while. For a long time, it was honestly impressive.
But recently things have started to change.
NotebookLM has been moving incredibly fast, and since yesterday it introduced something that, in my opinion, is a big shift: the ability to effectively edit slides by modifying the instructions and regenerating them.
That was always one of the biggest weaknesses in AI-generated presentations. And now it’s suddenly much more flexible.
On top of that, yesterday for the first time I hit a token limit in Gamma — even though I’m on a paid plan (and not the cheapest one).
So I’m not sure what your roadmap looks like, but from a user perspective the gap is starting to show.
At the current pace, NotebookLM is becoming a significantly more powerful product in this space.
I’m sharing this as a long-time user who genuinely liked Gamma and recommended it many times. I’d love to see it keep pushing the frontier again.
Best,
Hernán
